L'Avenir ('The Future' in Frensch) Wine Estate is located in the Stellenbosch winelands' 'golden triangle' area.

They produce elegant and generous wines with classical character; including Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The celebrated Pinotage, which is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cincault, together with Chenin are the two most popular wines of the estate and have received many international awards.
