There is no better way to enjoy great food and wine with friends and family, than with live entertainment! End off your week with a sunset performance on the lawns outside the restaurant and tasting room at Bellevue Wine Estate, situated along the Bottelary Road.

The laid back music afternoon, which takes place on Friday, 20 April, is the perfect ending to a busy week. This is the 2nd in a series of regular Friday features. Get the feet tapping as you step back in time with classic covers from well-known South African Singer/Songwriters such as Laurika Rauch, Karen Zoid, Coenie de Villiers, Joshua in die Reen, Riana Nel and many more.

The historic estate boasts an original Cape Dutch homestead built in 1803 and a signal cannon which has been on the estate for more than 150 years. This is also where you’ll find the revamped restaurant and tasting room, which is also the venue for the Friday night sunset concerts. Situated inside one of the historical wings of the cellar, the restaurant boasts a modern, chic interior with an oversized terrace looking onto a great lawn, perfect for taking in the last of the sun’s rays before it sets.

Listening to music tends to work up an appetite, and the restaurant menu offers a mouth-watering selection of items to suit any mood and taste, from scrumptious salads to lip-smacking starters and hearty mains. Not forgetting the signature pizza and wine pairings which have become synonymous with this winelands destination.
