Muratie is excited to welcome back the Albert Frost Trio for another concert on the Garden Terrace on Saturday 9th December 2023.

Don’t miss this live open-air show beneath the ancient oak trees featuring memorable music, great company, good eats and even better wine.

Albert Frost, Schalk Joubert and Jono Sweetman will be performing together at Muratie Wine Estate! For the past two decades the energetic performances of SAMA award-winning blues/rock guitarist/singer Albert Frost have captured audiences worldwide. Dubbed the “South African Hendrix”, Frost deftly alternates between rhythm and lead, showcasing his extraordinary skills on the acoustic and electric guitars. His first love is the Blues, stemming from the influence of his long relationship with the Blues Broers, a well-known and respected group from Cape Town with whom he has performed since 1994 at the age of 17.

Come and see what the buzz is about for yourself and enjoy Muratie’s wines and lunch from the Muratie Farm Kitchen.

Guarded over by magnificent ancient oak trees, the passion for preserving the estate’s rich, centuries-old heritage is captured in every nook and cranny of this family farm. Even the Muratie wines reflect a tangible sense of time suspended, with the estate’s wines named after extraordinary characters from the past who moulded Muratie as we know it today, each wine with its own charming story described on the back label.
