Couples are invited to book their table for 2 on Wednesday 14 February, with a choice of seating in the air-conditioned restaurant, or on the terrace overlooking the vineyards.

Celebrate sunset on arrival with a complimentary glass of Mason Road Serendipity Rosé, a delicious salmon-coloured rosé with aromas of cherries, strawberries and passion fruit.

Chef Gary Coetzee and his team will present their seasonal a la carte menu, which includes light, summer dishes such as Char-grilled Baby Gem Lettuce with pickled red onion, avocado, croutons, capers, wakame & cashew dressing, or Curried beetroot pavé served with onion bhaji, peanut, mint & coriander, chutney, sweet & sour cling peach to start with.

Main course follows with more mouthwatering options such as Duck leg confit with sweet potato, pak choi, fine beans & ginger gastrique, or Cauliflower risotto with pickled shimeji, toasted almonds, aubergine biltong & herb oil; before ending on a sweet note with White Chocolate Mascarpone Parfait, Syrah mousse, strawberry, white chocolate snow & raspberry sponge, to name but a few options.

For the ultimate romantic spoil, make a night of it and check in at the Manor House before dinner, which is surrounded by dramatic mountain vistas, dipping valleys and an abundance of fynbos. Cocooned in luxury, a restful night is guaranteed in a suite that comes complete with all of life’s little luxuries. Wake up to birdsong and sunshine dancing through the vines that beckons you to explore the estate. After an invigorating walk or a swim, a freshly prepared, delicious breakfast is served to conclude an unforgettable stay that sets the Valentines on their way.
