One of Middelvlei Wines’ popular events, Burgers and Beats, returns on Saturday, 7 December, with live entertainment from musical duo James Stewart and John Ellis.

As lead singers of their respective bands, they rose to fame in the 90’s, and their collective talents of their interpretations of some of their favourite songs add to the ingredients for a perfect night out under a starlit sky. John Ellis was the former lead singer of internationally acclaimed band Tree63, and multi-Emmy nominated and multi-SAMA Award winning singer, James Stewart is ex-frontman of The Usual

Sit back, relax, and enjoy a bit of the farm lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of the Stellenbosch nightlife. Wine without a doubt plays the starring role, but for your meal, you’ll get to enjoy a delicious homemade beef cheeseburger, served with chips and a glass of Middelvlei wine, while being kept entertained with live music.

The cost per person is R360. Children under 12 years of age only pay R90 for a hamburger, chips and juice. Groups of 10 adults or more will qualify for a 10% discount when booking.
