Following Allesverloren’s successful collaboration with The Boer and Butcher’s Edu Hanekom and Real Men Can Cook’s Cook with Danie Malan and Fritz Brand, it’s now the ideal time for you to put on that apron, head into the kitchen and cook up a storm while enjoying a glass of the Allesverloren Três Vermelhos.

Winter, particularly in the heart of the Swartland, is the perfect time for warm, cosy fires, hearty meals and delicious wine. It enables the winemaking team and Malan family to reflect on a busy and exigent harvest season.

The flagship Três Vermelhos is a blend of unique cultivars traditionally grown in Portugal. This elegant red blend is crafted by blending Souzão, Tinta Barocca and Touriga Nacional. Deep red in colour, it depicts sweet red berry fruit and dark chocolate aromas with a hint of spice, the perfect velvet-like tantaliser for the palate.

Renowned for a quintessential range of red wines and patrimony, Allesverloren is located in the Riebeekberg ward on the slopes of the Kasteelberg near Riebeek West in Swartland. With a long-standing heritage that dates back to 1704, Allesverloren wines assure depth, character and ageing potential.

We’d love you to share your culinary creations with us, join the conversation on www.facebook.com/allesverlorenwines or visit www.allesverloren.co.za for more information.

The Três Vermelhos is available from the Allesverloren Tasting Room and on the Vinoteque online store (www.vinoteque.co.za) and retails for approximately R223.
