95 at Parks, Chef Giorgio Nava’s acclaimed Italian restaurant serving his signature Milanese dishes in the Southern Suburbs, has teamed up with Klein Constantia for a singular winter wine experience.

During the entire month of July, 95 at Parks guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of either Klein Constantia Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2016, or their Limited Release Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2016.

Zesty, vibrant and extraordinarily textural, Klein Constantia Organic Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect partner for Chef Giorgio’s creamy pastas. Quintessentially Constantia in style and ageability, this wine is a particularly fitting choice as the major portion of the grapes come from Zonnestraal vineyards adjacent to 95 at Parks.

Red wine lovers looking for a richly layered, full bodied blend can savour the Klein Constantia Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz with a fine meat cut or Chef Giorgio’s famous veal osso buco for the ultimate winter comfort food.

Famous for making world class, terroir driven Sauvignon blancs and elegant red wines, Klein Constantia is the home of the iconic Vin de Constance. The farm was originally part of Simon van der Stel’s 1685 Constantia property.
