The international jury of experts awarded 43 Grand Gold, 1 685 Gold and 1 294 Silver medals to the best wines of the MUNDUS VINI Spring Tasting. Wines from 42 countries were tasted this year.
Christian Wolf, Tasting Director, and member of the board of MUNDUS VINI, concludes a successful anniversary tasting saying: “The wines sent in were impressive, rarely have we seen such a homogeneous level of quality in the competition."
The Gold medal SURVIVOR Wines were all from the 2020 vintage – an exceptional year showing great character and significant ageing potential. The winning wines include the SURVIVOR Chenin Blanc Reserve, SURVIVOR Chardonnay, SURVIVOR Pinotage, SURVIVOR Cabernet Sauvignon and SURVIVOR Syrah.
